Missing in Action
I want to apologize to those who stop by here frequently (the few of you) for the lack of updates or posts. I have been in a pretty nasty funk lately and have not done any work to speak of. Between that funk, Civ 5, and now Fallout: New Vegas I have barely set foot in my game room to work on anything. Hopefully something will come along soon that will help break me out of my funk. Soon as it happens I will get you folks some WIPs or tutes.

Easy Painting: Eyes
I spend a lot of time looking at others painted minis on the internet as well as in person. One of the things I think can really make a mini pop is the eyes. The face of a mini is normally a focal point and even a decently painted pair of eyes can make the difference.
Many of my friends comment on the way the eyes of my minis look. They are not spectacular in any way, but they do tend to say the right thing about the mini. So, as with all the other areas that people tell me they like about my minis I decided to do a step by step to help others who may need it with this area.

When good intentions fall through!
So I spent about 2-3 hours yesterday painting up some marine heads and snapping some pictures so I can do a walk through about painting faces. Long story short...the pictures came out like crap so I need to start over and do the heads again. SO..the post I had planned will have to be delayed a day or two. Be sure to check back with me and see how it went. Here at least is a picture of one of the finished faces for you to look at.
