So, I guess I should start this by saying two things. First off I have no prior training about any type of substance addiction and any comments made are my own opinion and not trained or scientific in nature. Second, I am not trying to trivialize any struggle that anyone may be going through as I understand that dependencies can be very difficult to deal with. On with the post.

Howling Banshee Exarch...WIP 3
Well I managed to to squeeze some painting time in between tending to my wife who is recovering from recent surgery. There may not seem like much change as I only refined a few things that were done and added some smaller details to see how they would look with the completed color.

Howling Banshee Exarch...WIP 2
Well I am plugging along with this one. Not quite the pace I would like, but I am steadily getting work done. I am working with a new style where I emphasize shadows and highlights to give a bit more contrast than I have in the past. So far I have been happy with the results although they still look a bit rough in places. I am having to be extra careful with my blending because it can be really distracting if some of it is not clean.

Howling Banshee Exarch...WIP 1
Well I am starting to break out of my funk and started to actually work on a mini. Since I am not currently working on any particular army for any particular game I just grabbed a model from one of my armies and started painting. This model may never see the table but I like it none the less.

Infinity: Something to catch my fancy.
So I have been in a funk recently when it comes to gaming. I am starting to bore with my WFB Orcs, but no army peaks my interest to work on at the moment. I don't really feel like playing/working on 40K right now, even though several of the locals are back at it. When I get this way I normally migrate back to Confrontation, but even it does not strike me. So I thought I would take another stab at Infinity.
